These guys are amazing! I bought my scooter here and any time I have a question or issue they sort it out. My scooter was damaged the other day and so I popped in with no appointment and they fixed it up in 5 minutes!

The manager here is excellent, great guy who gives great service. I would buy from this business just to encourage similar behaviour from others. The other staff mostly seem nice, although I would avoid Kerry as he is unhelpful and borderline rude.

Great service and friendly advice. A bit on the pricey side for workshop labour, but they are in a super convenient central Wellington location, and their staff have great knowledge.

Friendly staff, now have a better range of bikes and gear. Would highly recommend people make a trip to get their Suzuki serviced here instead of Red Baron. The bike will actually be fixed and for a fair fee, not broken further!

It has been a completely great experience from the beginning. I bought my little scooter 3 months ago, they lady who attended me did everything I needed (registration and sales process) in time record since k had to travel to south island with the moped the day after. Now, coming back to town to stay, I went to set up a first moped checking, and still received great service. Luv the staff there!

My wife and I walked into the shop for a very casual look , and walked out ....or should I say rode out with an awesome scooter! Great honest non-pushy staff that really seem to live and breathe bikes and scooters! I would recommend anyone looking for some fun on two wheels to pop in and see them!

These guys are better than my own local Suzuki dealers. I was down in Wellington on a ride and when I got to Wellington on a Saturday my rear tyre needed changing if I was to make it back to Taranaki in the wet, these guys had a tyre on the shelf and helped right away, not only that but were willing to call around for me to sort a tyre if they didn’t have one, all this from just a phone call and never meet me or knew me but wanted to go that extra mile to help someone from out of town in a bit of a pickle. Taranaki’s local Suzuki dealer take a week to change your tyre even if it’s on their shelf.

Popped in the other week as the new scooter I bought online wouldn't start. Mark figured out what was wrong, fixed it on the spot, and gave me heaps of useful advice - all free of charge. Highly recommended.
