A.I'm a very happy camper after purchasing my new little Swift Alpine 2. Dealing with Rochelle at Gateway Caravans was a pleasure as she was so cheerful and helpful throughout the process. The couple of unexpected extras were just so wonderful. A special callout as well to those at Gateway who I did not meet but prepared the van. Well done All.

S.Good range of caravans but couldn't see into bathrooms as blinds were down. Phone number clearly displayed if I wanted someone to come down and open any. Vehicles were parked in such a way that it was easy to move between them. Easy access to the yard.

Our second caravan with Craig and his team. Want to enjoy the old fashioned "No" pressure service, good value deal, backup support and even a bottle of wine in the fridge to enjoy your first night in your new van.

M.I purchased my Swift Charisma around Oct-Nov 2021. Took in on a short holiday over Xmas but it developed a little leak from the kitchen tap. Still, I enjoyed my little home for such a short time. Craig took it back to fix, but in early January, I had to make a sudden trip overseas and would be away 2-3 mths. Craig said to leave it with them at Gateway and he would put it in storage for however time I needed. I cannot express enough, the wonderful service I always received from Rochelle and for Craig and his team for helping me out. The best service I have ever received from any business.
I was able to collect it today and am so very happy.
I would not hesitate in recommending Gateways Caravans to anyone who is looking to purchase a caravan. - Thank you Craig, Rochelle and all the team 🤗
