R. M.As a 1st time customer, i found the Nicholson team to be way beyond my Expectations, absolutely easy to deal with.. well done!
K. E.The staff are super friendly and helpful but also it seems forgetful. I don't know how many times I have to ask a request for it to get done. I came in several times to get a warranty issue fixed and finally I spoke to a man who actually got the ball rolling and the issue resolved. I also came in to get some quotes on replacement parts. The girl took down details, and said she would call me later. Later never came. I tried 2 more times but to no success, so all in all if you need help from these guys about an issue and nothing seems to be getting done, well harass them.
S. v. d. M.Our car had an electrical problem that rendered it useless for 6 months. In the 6 months we had it at 3 auto electricians who couldn't solve the issue. Took it to Nicholson Mazda, who sorted it in 2 weeks and for way less than we thought. We very impressed with their service and they kept us updated on the progress the whole time.
