S.Staff are great to deal with, fast and efficient parts department. Very happy with the whole process.
R.The service from this branch is actually quite good. You can get information when you need it and they are generally prompt at getting back to you. Unfortunately the branch is severely let down by Stafford (the Hang man) who will waste all the time you spent on hold by pretending to talk to someone else and hanging up on you. His antics are what is depriving the branch of their last 2 stars.
