B. F.Couldn't be happier. For years we've been getting our cars serviced by Pacific. After some unacceptable experiences with our Mazda we decided to buy a Honda HRV from our local dealer. What an amazingly different atmosphere. Friendly smiles from everyone, including the mechanics. We felt welcome and valued instead of being a burden. G.First and Formost Paul Jack is not the normal car sales manager. He is very receptive to the customers needs. Which makes you think you are dealing with a orginision that seriously cares what the customer wants and needs. We are very happy that we settled for the hybrid jazz with the fuel situation in the country. Nearly 500km and just hit the Half tank mark. When we told friends about the tan upholstery they had doubts but on seeing it for real we have not had one negative comment only praise.
