Expensive (Labour is $115.00 per Hour). I do trust them, not to take advantage of me, by telling me things need fixing that don't. My Car has full Holden Dealer Service History, and that is why I get my car serviced there. They are experts with the right diagnostic gear. They have fixed, the most difficult, almost impossible, things that my car has thrown at them. My Car is a valuable, appreciating asset. Mark Cromie. give my car ,the First Class attention it has become accustomed to, using Genuine Holden Parts. Book your car in, early, as lately there is a three week wait to get a timeslot. Would give them 5 stars, if they were cheaper, on parts and Labour.

Service is great. The girls at reception are always pleasant and very nice to talk to. Only downfall is when I arrived to drop car off for service, there was minimal parking places. Otherwise the service of my car is great.

When a business takes over another one, it’s always best to take into account any existing customers. Sadly this was not the case when we came to buy our 3rd vehicle here. Granted the first two purchases were under the previous owners and we had choice to go elsewhere, but we felt we should stay local and loyal. In return however we received nothing for this customer loyalty. If we’re honest, we felt pressured during the sales process, and railroaded into dealing with an issue on our trade in, and it’s left us feeling we probably won’t be back again. Perhaps if you were buying a new car and hadn’t bought from them before, you’d be feeling more content? Cars are very expensive items, it’s not an everyday purchase, and we think a little more could have been done to appreciate our loyalty, especially as the Mark Cromie Motor Group had bought out all the existing Nissan & VW customers along with their stock. Overall, we received a reasonably good service from Nav, but we are left with the feeling we should be grateful for buying the car though, instead of the other way around! And occasionally through the process we felt distrusted, leaving us wondering if perhaps some research to understand we had bought 2 previous cars, both with full service plans, would have helped? Not entirely sure we’d recommend trading in any cars as repeat customers based on our treatment and experience.

My wife and I took delivery of a 2020 Nissan Qashqai from Mark Cromie Motors yesterday and found this company exceptionally easy and efficient to deal with. The salesman that we delt with, Nav was a particularly pleasant well informed man and a pleasure to deal with. We live in Whangamata on the Coromandel Peninsula and had to leave on Tuesday so considering the car had to come up from Auckland and be set up and registered etc they were under a lot of pressure to get the car to us, but Nav arrived on time and was very through with all the explanations for the car. I recently purchased a 13 year old Holden Commodore from Navneet Singh (Nav) at MCMG. I was an out of town buyer so communication was vital in order to make the deal happen. Nav was very professional and with a friendly and positive attitude. There was one small issue with the car and the Dealer Principal, Richard Evans contacted me and we managed to sort it out over the phone which was greatly appreciated. Nav picked me up from the bus station and we headed back to inspect the car. I was very happy and was taken to meet the "boss" Richard who was really good to deal with. The thing that impressed me the most, is that I was treated as someone who was buying a new vehicle as opposed to arguably the oldest vehicle on the yard. I work in the Emergency Services so attention to detail is paramount. All the team at MCMG were great, the pricing was right and the service fantastic. one of my biggest hates is transitional paper work because it is written in manufactures "jargon" & this is where i found Kelly to be in her element she deciphered the jargon and gave it to me in my language that is an important factor to me, i found Kelly to be very polite & professional with a excellent sense of humor, that is what i call good people skills, her focus is 100% to the customer sitting in front of her, because we live in Kawerau she also gave us good options for the extended warranties to choose from. A modern, comfortable waiting space (with small child friendly/child fencing) includes a small DVD player/monitor too. I love the coffee making facilities available.

The service team are fantastic. Came here with an ignition problem that could have meant a tilt tray home for the car. They diagnosed and replaced a dud ignition coil really quick. Highly recommended!
