I spent over 20 minutes reviewing vehicles in the sales yard ... with car cleaning crew doing their thing (mid morning). A rather lacklustre salesperson cruised up and started a chat. Each time I wanted to have a close look at a vehicle he disappeared inside for a few minutes.
He knew a lot about various makes/models and appeared to listen to my concerns, queries and interest. But not being a good listener he missed my keeness to get into a new car. Honda won the day - by lunchtime it was - 'car out of the box', now awaiting pickup!
M.Great mixture of cars, it was wonderful being able to browse the car lot even though it was closed.

C.Absolutely fantastic service at this branch. i was always advised not to go to dealerships for maintenance, but the advice was wrong. these guys were so awesome, and i cant praise or recommend them highly enough. Have been ripped off so many times over the years by garages, so decided to take a chance on higher costs etc, but it turned out to be better value by far, and the staff were incredibly helpful. thank you so much to the whangarei toyota crew. we will be back.
M.Top stars for Excellent service all round, The staff are awesome, reception are so nice and helpful and cheerful, put me in a good mood, very affordable they estimated and charged accordingly, no surprises, and they went the extra mile, atmosphere is perfect, refreshments and TV and comfy places to relax while you wait for repairs or complete purchase and the cars in the yard were well priced, very impressed with Toyota Whangarei! A+++!!! I give them a 10 ;) and all the stars!

A.WOW! The customer service is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly team and genuinely want to help out. I had to take my car in because of a recall. Living on the West coast they made it easy for me: let me chose the appointment, perfect timing, called me when finished and even washed my car, and no charge!

Love going in there, so friendly and helpful, really made to feel welcome. They sell brand new vehicles , possibly 2nd hand not sure. Servicing of your vehicle Excellent, they have courtesy cars available.

Both exterior inside and out, great. It was was a signiture class car. I am very happy with this car. I brought at a car dealers not Toyota and as it is a signiture car I still get the warrenty. I was told there was a fault some where in the engine and i will not have to pay as its recall
