D.First time got half way home and bonnet was bobbing. Garage hadn't shut it properly, that was after waiting a week for car to be ready. Second time garage error and I paid for someone else's service. Then the rigmarole of getting a refund. Wow such a hassle. Seriously.....

L.Gary Dinsdale was the representative that sold us a new Swift RS. We made a test drive appointment. We both drove the car. Gary explained the features to us. We decided to trade in our 10 year old Swift Sport.
When our color choice of car came in we picked it up and got a thorough review of the technology— our old car didn’t have most of these features. It was great.
Couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant.
C.Top service. They have been hunting a tricky park sensor issue under warranty. Great communication and follow up. Bonus is my ute gets a full clean everytime it goes in. Highly recommended

H.My car was due for a service but I can't drive due to an injury. They very kindly collected my car from home and returned it again after the service. It doesn't get better than that.

C.Have purchased two new vehicles from PMG. My Triton was a dream ute, loved every moment of ownership, our Kuga not so much. Sales team were a dream to deal with and actually went out of their way to source us the best possible options. The only let down is the service side of the business, our Kuga has had a run of issues and I suspect we ended up with an unitentional lemon - some issues with the car are yet to be remedied.
Update 17/03/18
PMG have remedied our issues with our Kuga and have actually helped us by trading us out of it. The sales and management team at PMG both Ford and Mazda have exceeded our expectations and have worked extremely hard to ensure that we have been very well looked after and left with a smile on our faces - no easy task as I know I can be hard (possibly an understatement) to deal with at times. Well done PMG, I am pleased to be once again a happy customer - 5 stars.
