Their new service center and waiting room are well designed. The waiting room has a variety of comfortable chairs, a toilet and a coffee machine. Also magazines, TV and air-conditioning. The space looks like it came out of a Trends magazine.

Wow first time had our new car Mazda in for its service absolutely friendly service and the waiting lounge was like a 5 star hotel the toilets and facilities are the cleanest I’ve seen ever couldn’t find a speck off dust dirt 100%over and above your cleaning staff member is immaculate the service was timely and i could watch anything on their big screen tv air conditioning tea coffee and my car came out cleaner than it went in service price was very reasonable fantastic experience all round thankyou team

We are from Auckland. My wife had an issue with her Puma while in Whangarei. It took a week but they excelled themselves in rectifying the problem. I’ve been coming here for my Ford truck for a couple of years. Pretty average service each time. Would expect consistent reminders for servicing & WOFs but unfortunately not. When we do remember to service/WOF there’s at least a month’s wait which delays the service/WOF further. Facilities are much better in the new building, however no desk area to work from. Had my appointment moved from morning to afternoon once without my knowledge. My vehicle documents are not usually prepared before my appointments so waiting upon arrival is typical. However, the service team themselves are brilliant and very knowledgeable.

I can't praise the company enough. For the past couple of years me and my family have been purchasing and servicing private and company vehicles through PMG and never has there been a dull moment. I had very specific circumstances, availability and access to finance. Special attention was required but PMG stood by my side the whole way to make sure everything happened. A special thanks to Desiree who put in the extra effort to help me with my finance application as well as seeing me before work hours due to my restricted schedule. Also Grant who helped me with the Sale who ensured that all the arrangements necessary to have the accessories installed and sorted even with delays from the manufacturer. I went to the wrong place to start with. I needed a fob key fixed. He asked if I wanted to buy a new car. I told him no. I just brought 1. I needed the fob key fixed. After a laugh, he pointed me to the right building. Entered the right building. Was shown to another counter. Explained what I needed. He took details, did his thing and that was that. So go there in the end. Very friendly staff.

Good place to get your car looked at for service and repairs but find prices abit high in all aspects and customer service could improve as I found it so rude. Example, I was waiting for my car for 40min after given time only to get message on my ph that my car is ready. This was sent to me right in front of me. Will think about going again. Went round there to make an inquiry using the AA who was hiring a space there unfortunately but got told to got told to the to VTNZ they gave me a phone number to ring . I was trying to find out how much it would cost too register for put a new car on the road Rang the number it took a long time (like all government departments) only to be told I had to ring another number, another long wait but finally got through only to be told prices vary. Most frustrating day.

Gary Dinsdale was the representative that sold us a new Swift RS. We made a test drive appointment. We both drove the car. Gary explained the features to us. We decided to trade in our 10 year old Swift Sport. When our color choice of car came in we picked it up and got a thorough review of the technology— our old car didn’t have most of these features. It was great. Couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant.

Awesome team - everyone I dealt with was great! Second time I have purchased a vehicle from here and have had outstanding service both times. Definitely recommend.

Have purchased two new vehicles from PMG. My Triton was a dream ute, loved every moment of ownership, our Kuga not so much. Sales team were a dream to deal with and actually went out of their way to source us the best possible options. The only let down is the service side of the business, our Kuga has had a run of issues and I suspect we ended up with an unitentional lemon - some issues with the car are yet to be remedied. Update 17/03/18 PMG have remedied our issues with our Kuga and have actually helped us by trading us out of it. The sales and management team at PMG both Ford and Mazda have exceeded our expectations and have worked extremely hard to ensure that we have been very well looked after and left with a smile on our faces - no easy task as I know I can be hard (possibly an understatement) to deal with at times. Well done PMG, I am pleased to be once again a happy customer - 5 stars.
