T.A pleasant surprise in store! I drive past here all the time thinking it was just a boat servicing place, but one time I called in to pick something up and was impressed by the amount of products they have in store! Don’t let the size from the street fool you! A surprisingly huge range of not only boating equipment, but camping, campervan/motorhome gear too - and they even have footware! I love being able to look at their products in their online shop, they have some great specials, and they have a “Reel Deal” price match too! Thanks team MBM, it’s great to have somewhere well stocked to “shop local”!
S.Very knowledgeable and highly friendly staff. I really recommend Mercury Bay Marine. They serviced my outboard while I was on holiday in Whitianga and also helped me make a better propeller selection which has saved me approximately $300 per year on fuel as well as given me better overall performance. No matter how busy they were, they always made time to answer my questions and help out. I won't be going anywhere else for servicing and maintenance on my Mercury Verado Outboard.

M.I recently repowered my boat through Mercury Bay Marine. The deal was done long distance, when I arrived in Whitianga the Mercury Bay Marine crew gave my trade in motor a through going over. They stood by their quote.
Their workmanship was outstanding, each member of the team was very approachable. When finished the boat was left in immaculate condition.
I will use these guys again in the first instance if I wanted to up grade a motor.
