J.Great service no hidden charges. I should give 5 star but there’s a major lapse for the safety of the truck which was the wiper was bad when I was driving and I can’t see properly the road during heavy rain and it was feel scary.

J.Such great service and a fantastic 3 tonne truck hire to a gal who has only driven a campervan once, 20 years ago.
I was extremely nervous about hiring a truck, but with Covid levels tipped to increase, I wasn't risking a delay to moving to our dream home.
It went like clock-work, from the moment I called to enquire, to taking details, and filling out the on-line booking form, picking up the truck, driving it (OMG, so easy and I felt so confident) I even backed into our driveway with ease and didn't need to use the reversing camera as the side mirrors were so good.
I did have on-hand some professional packers who had blankets and knew how to stack with tetris precision, which meant I could do a complete floor to ceiling load and entire truck full.
It drives better full than empty and the move was perfect, no breakages and we did the job within timeframes.
I'm so happy with Auckland Vehicle Rentals, I've used them several times for work, but this was the first personal use trip and I'm stoked.

A.These guys are fantastic, I’ve always dealt with Northshore branch, but they didn’t have the truck I needed so was passed to New Lynn branch. I’ve said on their NS review that it was fast.. nooo.. now, they offer online check-in so I can complete my docs, licence copy and insurance application online so easily, so took me 2 mins in and out to check the truck and out the gate and dealing with very friendly people last Saturday morning. Drop off took the same amount of time. give them a go you won’t regret it. Cheers team

L.We were porting in Auckland for the day and decided to rent a car to get around. We reserved an SUV in advance of our cruise. Direction on pick up was clear and easy. Sonya met us at the wharf with our SUV. It was clean, new and very comfortable! We found communication easy and simple. We dropped the car back at the wharf where Sonya met us to turn it over. All required was communication of pick up and drop times. A good price and very smooth Transaction. We would definitely hire from this company again!
s.I had a very pleasant experience renting a cargo van from them. Helpful, friendly and honest people. Even though I cracked the wing mirror they just charged me the price of a mirror (not even labour cost!) and saved me using the insurance and pay for excess fee.
A.We,ve hired few moving trucks in the past years but this company by far is the best! Excellent customer service! and most importantly their trucks are not run down piece of junks and most of them on automatic transmission. Makes movingly less stressful.

J.Super friendly staff and easy to deal with. Rented their cage trailer for the day to pick up a scooter. Trailer is basically brand new and very easy to hook on and off my car. Definitely no SUV or Van needed.
