J.I had a very good experience booking through Bargain Rental Cars (using both the Hamilton City and Auckland Airport branches). They accommodated me at short notice with an affordable option. Communication was very good, making booking, picking up, and dropping off very hassle free.
u.Fantastic service from this firm. We use rental cars on a regular basis and have had varying service from most of them. This company went above and beyond with a well priced and very tidy car. Pickup was quick and efficient, drop off even better as I had recently had a total knee replacement and they wouldn’t even let me lift a bag, they transferred the luggage from the hire car into the shuttle bus and on the luggage trolley at the airport. A genuinely friendly and helpful team. The manager responsible for putting this team together deserves a medal!!!
L.Beginning with booking my rental online and finding a great little car at a fantastic price for a month, through to needing to extend my rental period, being picked up from and dropped back to the airport at the start and end of my holiday, my experience with Bargain Rentals was outstanding. I would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation recommending their services. It was all "too easy" as we say here in North Queensland 😀

We were picked up by a shuttle at the Auckland airport and the driver was super friendly , once we arrived at Bargain rentals the service was quick and we were away on our holiday within 10mins. The car was clear and tidy and was better than we were expecting. We were given the same great service when we arrived back to drop the car off. To sum up Friendly & Professional 10 out of 10 service.
S.Value for money. Friendly staff. Good communication throughout the booking. Excellent shuttle service from and to the airport. Cars are a bit older and used but using the bigger companies would have cost me four times as much. I’ll be using Bargain Rental Cars on my next visit to NZ.

S.What an amazing bunch of people and a great service in affordable prices. We were running late for airport due to being stuck in traffic and running last min to drop the car, called them while we were on our way and they had the shuttle all ready for us to jump in and dropped us right on time. The lady who drove us was just so lovely at the airport branch. It
was no hassle checking in, getting to shuttles etc. Highly recommend these guys, friendly, supportive, affordable and convenient. Will defo use them again.
J.On a recent, long awaited trip to NZ when the travel bubble opened between Australia and NZ I had HUGE difficulties finding a rental car. Three companies had literally NOTHING available due to the massive surge of people wanting to visit family (as was I). The fourth company I contacted, Bargain Rental Cars also had nothing available when I first contacted them but rather than leave it at that, they said they would see what they could do. Some hours later I was contacted and advised that they had found me a very nice RAV4 which was a real pleasure to drive. When I picked up and returned the car the staff were extremely friendly and warm and made the process of hiring this vehicle very simple and uncomplicated. I would use BRC again in a heartbeat and have no hesitation in recommending them if you're looking for good, quality cars and staff that are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
