S.I urgently needed a vehicle for hire and literally drove by this particular car hire place and turned around to make an enquiry. I parked up and went into reception and was greeted by the lovely customer consultant named Lyric. I made my query and Lyric was informative and very helpful and friendly. I was happy with the options she suggested and I hired a car that very moment. Thank you Lyric for all your help and thank you Bargain Rental Cars! Great value, awesome car and excellent service! D.When I called for an enquiry the team was very understanding and also made sure I was heard as a customer. I then arrived and was greeted by staff and also given a thorough review of expectations when renting a car.
On returning the car it was very quick and seem less and was also asked if I was okay on my trip and that mattered due to the fact of customer care which was shown towards myself.

M.I've always gone to BRC for my hires, I haven't had any bad experiences with them. They're an all goods bunch of guys to hire from and are reasonable. Some frustrating moments but that can't be helped when they're a popular site 🤷♀️ always easy to solve though. Thanks ET BRC
E.Good quick service, easy to book and car was available where bookings for other car rentals were blocked (pre Labour Day weekend) for East Tamaki area, reasonably priced including excess options and windscreen cover, needed a car at short notice to attend a meeting at Hamilton came through,$116 for two days, I'll book again thanks East Tamaki branch
