Great car hire and upgrade even on a free weekend rental, over the New Year holiday period. Thanks Europcar, and thanks for the great honest customer service when I picked up the vehicle (admitting that the smaller car I had reserved wouldn't be good for a more hilly, longer-distance drive, and that the free upgraded 4WD vehicle would be more efficient with better fuel economy and power - and it was!)

Highly recommend. Due to last minute plans did an online booking on the way to Sydney airport. Landed in Auckland and find service desk agent still there waiting even though I was an hr late due to my flight delay. He was very helpful, paper work done in less than 3min, I got upgraded to used a brand new SUV. Then though out the remainder of my stay in Auckland I was unable to return the car in time but the online contact centre were able to assist a return to another time free of charge. From online reservation to return and final transaction was all smooth. Will definitely be coming back to europcar AKL airport for all my NZ visits.

It was 11 am that I returned the car to the same parking lot at the Adelaide airport that I picked up my car, but to my surprise it was unattended. The counter at the airport was unattended too. So I was not sure if everything was OK? This is the only thing that bothers me and up to now I haven’t heard anything from them or received the final bill? Other than this small hiccup, the pickup experience and the car are a big thumbs up！

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy car with less than 2k on clock. Easy pickup and drop off. Good price for in airport pickup

Such a breeze from picking up to dropping off. Really appreciate the swift service provided by Jeshni, very polite and helpful. Definitely made this experience a easy one. Would highly recommend.

Great affordable car rentals, on short notice

Was served by Jen on arrival. She was extremely nice and helpful. We flew from WLG to Akl but my partner booked our car from international airport as we were meeting up the same day since he was flying from overseas. I had my little one and couple of bags and Jen called the staff to bring my car to domestic side saving me the hassle of going on a bus with all the luggage and my son etc.. and the car seats wernt the way I wanted them to face and they had someone come quickly to change it. Didn’t wait long. So yeah thank you great service 😊

A very nice team who have a pretty nice setup with the Electric Day Pass. Well done. I am a frequent car renter and have lots of options. This deal and team are awesome.

I walked out of the arrivals gate and went straight to their desk. I had no booking but was given keys within 5 minutes. The cars are stored next to the terminal 👍. I drove hundreds of K's in a matter of days then handed the keys back, jumped on my plane and went home. So easy.

Honest and the only one to have same prices whatever you reserve on internet or come directly at the office. No problem at all with the car, satisfied and no surprise on the final facture. Definitely recommend
