Close to the airport, timely pick up and drop off. The car smelt a bit funky and wasn't the best maintained. But then...it was very cheap. So still value for money I think.

Nice experience with car rental. Staffs do free pick up from airport, got 2018 rav4 almost new, vehicle condition is perfect ,check in and return get done fast. Will certainly use again if travel Auckland.

Fast, cheap and efficient. Shuttle running to and fro from the airport on demand. Given Mobile number direct to driver so you can plan for minimal wait. Cheapest car rentals and without getting some old arse 1990s car like other cheap places. Few tiny dings on the car, but quickly take photos and quickly check on return. No hassle whatsoever. Toilet could do with a hand towel 😉

Excellent fleet of cars. Very new and low kms. We were well looked after on arrival. Reasonably priced service for a new, safe & comfortable car rental experience. Would highly recommend it, especially it you’re coming into the county from overseas and want a reliable, hassle free car rental experience.

We had a great experience with Great Rentals. The camry we hired was nice to drive, roomy enough for our suitcases and we received good customer service. We opted to take out the extra insurance coverage so we felt at ease when driving around. If you're worried about existing damages i recommend taking your own photos before you leave the yard. We would highly recommend them.

Negative reviews here seem unfair! Not sure how people can complain about having to pay for damages- standard practice! Friendly service no problems- I don’t think they offer car insurance so you have to pay up and claim for any issues. I lost my iPad at the airport and the guys did all they could to help. Other than that it’s a well priced service - yes, it’s not as convenient as the competitors directly at the airport, but they’re likely to be more expensive.

Our experience with them was very decent. Simple process, good pricing. The car was nice and tidy SUV, and drove quite well while we had it in our possession.

Cheap price, smooth pickup and drop off process! And they allow us to prolong the rental period for just $15/day, that’s quite helpful for our condition due to the flight date change!
