K.The young Asian male was outstanding, not too happy with their book keeping though.. too many mistakes, gave car that was not full and was informed to the manager on duty on pick up who assured us it's been noted. Yet on return we were asked to pay. Had to change cars 2days later because the one provided had leaking roof. They only had one car which was not adequate and was advised next day I can have one. I had to drive one of their cars to airport in return to swap car I booked even after confirmation that car will be ready to pick up from city. Too many frustrations.. in the end finally gave up and drove thier to get what I booked. Very frustrated..

N. M. P.Cathy offered the best customer service I have ever come across.
I came in without WIFI, without any knowledge of Auckland, or how to book a rental car, even get around the city.
Straight away, Cathy gave me an International SIMCARD, helped me put money on it, called my phone to see if it was working. Cathy gave me plenty of options in regards to car insurance, and helped me make the right choice, as I had no clue. Cathy came out to explain how to use the features in the car, made sure my GoogleMaps was working before I left so I wouldn't get lost in the city.
Cathy made sure I made the most of my holiday- sharing some advice on where to go, and what to do around Auckland which was so helpful!
Cathy- you made my holiday. I hope you read this!

P. S.No waiting most of the time... near city center... staff is very courteous and will provide all options applicable on your rental car... sometimes its good because during online booking you might forget some critical option like insurance.
Whole process is hassle free and get completed in no time. Cars are neat and tidy... properly washed..with full tank.
You can hire a car in Auckland and return in another new Zealand city... like Routora.
S. P.Quick efficient service at the desk , car wasn’t quite ready as it’s windscreen had a chip being fixed . Corolla was fully equipped and comfortable. Hope we get the same in Picton after the ferry !
