Excellent service - the team at Grey Lynn were professional and explained what was required prior to the hire and then upon pick up, we went through the details regarding the van. The size was perfect and the van ran like a dream. Would thoroughly recommend this Branch to anyone! Thanks team!

Hired a trailer for three hours to move my daughter's flat. The whole process was really easy, from the online booking right through to the efficient and friendly customer service. Pickup took about 10 minutes and drop-off only two. Very impressed, and will use you guys again.

Extremely friendly and approachable staff. Great service as they maintain social distance and ensure that you feel comfortable. staff are very knowledgeable on the vehicle and also offer to help answer any questions. The price is fair and reasonable and it's a no-fuss rental for me! Definitely worth looking to rent if you need a van or car.

We have used Hireace Grey Lynn on multiple occasions. The last time was to rent a cargo van to transport some outdoor furniture. The van was in good condition and the team were friendly. Services indeed vary greatly branch to branch and that is exactly why I choose to come back here again and again. The fact that the staff is very friendly and helpful. We never had issues with the car, no surprises, as everything was well explained. I'm extremely surprised and impressed with quality of the service they deliver each time for the amount being charged, it is excellent value for money and reasonable.

I've had to hire a trailer 3 times in recent months to help my kids move between flats and each time the booking, pickup and drop-off process at Grey Lynn Hireace has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful with hooking it up, and the online booking process makes subsequent bookings quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Recently hired a caged trailer from Grey Lynn Hireace. Wasn't able to get there on time so was in a rush when we did get there. Pick up was super quick and seamless as was the drop off. Didn't even have to get out of the car for the drop off. Thanks guys.

I booked online for a caged trailer on the 15/4, but due to my own workload I had to defer the booking to 19/4. No problems there. I turned up at the scheduled time (10:00am) for pickup and found a short queue waiting with only one staffer on site, with the phone ringing and customers getting forms organised. I was courteously bumped up the queue over an information request and attended to well. I was offered an extension of time grace of 20 minutes for the delay. I was assisted with the trailer hitching and left for the day. I returned the trailer at the scheduled time and thanked for my business. I enjoyed the experience and was very pleased with the confidence of the staffer and hi unflappable attitude. Well done HireAce Grey Lynn.

I made a decision several years ago to not own a car. Since then I have been a regular customer of Hireace, when Ive needed to go out of town. This strategy has proved very successful, due mostly to Hireace's competitive prices, and enhanced by the amazing customer service from the staff. Its a pleasure to visit them and they have been unfailingly welcoming and and cheerful in all my dealings with them. Keep it up, Hireace !!

Hire ace staff were great. We had hired a truck - unfortunately due to covid we were unable to use the truck and were 4-5 hours outside of the full refund time, and only offered 50% refund. We discussed circumstances and they were generous enough to fully refund us. Thanks again.

Used Grey Lynn Hire Ace Services and hire a cargo van to move house, Resonable hire price and bond. Vehicle did exactly what it was meant to. Cheap kms too. Over all great service and no complaints from me would definitely use their hire vehicles again.

I have three times experiences to rent a car in Hireace. One was at Hireace Glenfield and Two were at Hireace Grey Lynn. In the case of Hireace Grey Lynn, there are very kind staffs. I tried to find a rental car in peak season but it was not easy. One staff helped me to rent a car and finally, I could book it. Status of the rental car is good. And the staffs explained well to me about rules or information rental car when I picked it up. The important thing is the rental fee was cheaper than some rental company. I already booked a rental car for another company but a staff of Hireace Grey Lynn suggested a cheaper price. If I want to rent a car, I will visit Hireace Grey Lynn again. I would like to recommend to you the company if you are considering to rent a car.

A real easy place to rent a truck. We have used them for our last 3 moves and find that the service is consistent and the vehicles good . If you're moving house I'd Highly recommend getting a truck with a tail lift . Makes the process so much easier particularly loading Fridges and heavy awkward times. We also use the tailgate as a step when loading boxes etc onto the truck . I'd also take photos of the truck when you pick it up and also double check if the fuel is actually full full. Prices are reasonable and the staff helpful.

Rented a caged trailer at short notice for the day. Price was excellent - cheaper than other nearby options. The online booking system was intuitive and easy to use - within an hour of having made the booking I was there picking up the trailer which was reserved and waiting for me. Great service. Ekta looked after us really well - she explained everything and even showed us even though it was pouring with rain. The truck was perfect, and very clean and tidy. Booked a furniture trailer from Tauranga a week ahead and then with a day to go had to adjust the booking to pick it up a night earlier than scheduled. The friendly phone staff found the booking, made sure of availability and changed it all in a couple of minutes with no hassles. Rented a truck to move house, the Asian man working there was great to work with really knew what he was doing and did it super fast too! A bit pricey compared to other options when it comes to having to pay milage and it would have been nice to have some bungies included and points to attach them inside the truck but all in all good experience!
