I found these photo occasionally. I've became a huge MX-5 fan after this trip(almost a years ago),and i bought my own miata. The car was not brand-new, but it was perfectly equipped, its both affordable and reliable.Its great fun to driving this car. As a roadster owner i found its very difficult to keep the interior clean,but when we get there ,the car was washed both interior and exterior,looks shiny waiting for me. Both Simon and Julie is very kind,and gave me a lot of help. It was a nice experience from Letz Rent A car.

As a massive MX-5 fan I had to have one when I was out here. It was a fantastic experience and price, the car was smooth and fully equipped, which made for some great drives. Picking up and dropping of was easy and straightforward. The guys where lovely and very knowledgeable about the roads around the north island and the cars!

I am very, very happy. I chose this rental service because of the many positive reviews. I was greeted and advised by the owners in a very personal and courteous way. There was no time pressure at all. I spontaneously got a car that I had imagined. Everything went great with the car. A small damage was charged fair and inexpensively. At the end i got super tips for my next Trip and a Shuttle to the airport. If you want personal and friendly advice, rent your car here.

We would highly recommend Letz Rent A Car services to anyone travelling to New Zealand. The owners provide an exceptionally personal and friendly service. They offer great value for money and whilst their cars are not brand-new, they are both affordable and reliable. We have rented many cars in many different countries but this has to be our best experience yet. Their communication and customer service is first class and making a booking couldn't be easier - they even provide airport pick-up/drop-off. We are looking forward to using them again the next time we find ourselves in New Zealand!

Great, friendly service and highly competitive rates. The best rental car experience I had anywhere in the world. Cars are not brand-new but totally up to the job. I can highly recommend these people. Professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Julie was quick to reply to my emails and messages. Picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. This was important to us as we were traveling with our 5 yr old. The car was great, comfortable and reliable. We would definitely rent a car through them again.

HELPFUL!!!!I Super sensible, practical, kind and understanding staff! I first hired a car through their south island offices - and was so happy with the customer service there that I asked them to arrange my car for the north island as well. The customer service was really exceptionally good! I got delayed while driving, and almost missed my flight home but I phoned Julie (the manager) and she did everything possible to make sure i got my flight - including meeting me in the return point hire car park, the second I arrived to drop my car off !!! - and zooming me over to the airport herself - to catch my flight! Even discounted deal prices I accepted from the south island office were even transferred up to the north island offices to maintain my customer loyalty across both islands! * There are linked offices on both North and South Islands of New Zealand (Christchurch - but with different company names) - so ask the Auckland office for details of the other offices too :)

Really great personal customer service. The office is situated off-site, away from the airport, but a free shuttle service is available and easy to use. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our car was a little old compared to some of the big rental companies, but practical, clean and good to drive. We'd definitely use Letz again.

After a hiccup from a third party car rental service on arrival ( in the dark) at Auckland Airport recently, Julie came to our rescue. Extremely professional, friendly & courteous, she made our stress levels manageable. She arrived to collect us & with paperwork signed we were on our way without being to far behind schedule. Our primary vehicle needed repair work done .. so we searched and found a local mechanic online .. but as a result our vehicle needed to stay in overnight for the repairs .. yes we do live locally and we still needed a vehicle to get around in, so .. being in a situation without a vehicle .. we decided to find a local car rental place, and so again we went online, and wow .. low and behold we found this Rental Car company called Letz Rent A Car which was not too far away from the repair shop. So we called the company and spoke with Julie ..such an amazing and pleasing experience .. Great service from the get go! .. we asked a few questions as you do, and that was it .. i told Julie, Look we'll be there very shortly. The service was fantastic and hassle free, this vehicle really suited our needs at the time and we're ever so greatfull for it .. the vehicle we hired was a multiseater .. a very very tidy people mover, for me this vehicle drove smoothly .. our vehicle hire was only for 1 day only which was just enough for us to drive around locally and get things sorted. Also a big thank you to Simon for the quick work behind the scenes makeover on the vehicle while we waited. All in all a great experience and service from start to finish .. so, if you're ever needing a vehicle to hire/rent? .. Look no further .. Letz Rent A Car are an outstanding company to deal with, thank you again to Julie and Simon for the service you provide. You just never know we maybe back again. Terry

Just rented a Toyota Allex from them for MUCH MUCH less than the big name rental car companies! Saved a ton of money! The cars are a few years old, which is why you get such a good value, but they have character. New Zealand is an expensive country to visit, so this allowed us to save a lot of money. I got a flat tire while on my road trip. The vehicle had everything I need to change out the spare and they told me exactly what to do to get the tire fixed, no problem whatsoever! My favorite part is the dog that they have in the office. Big fan of dogs and dog lovers!

Excellent, friendly, efficient service. I was travelling on a strict budget so looked for the very cheapest option available. The car was yes, unlovely, but compared to other options in NZ, priced very competitively and was entirely reliable. It was exactly what I needed. We had a great experience during our vacation rental. They pick my family up at the airport, dropped us off, and generally worked around our schedule to make our vacation a success. They also had excellent prices compare to their competition. We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Auckland.

We used this firm twice on our recent trip to New Zealand. The first was when we arrived in Auckland and then again on our return. Both times we were met with a cheery smile and a helpful lovely couple. The pickup was quick and faultless and the biggest bonus was the fact we were able to take the car on the ferry from the north island to south which is not possible with the larger more well known car hire firms. Why not give smaller local firm your business you won’t be sorry.

Not only Mrs. Julie was amazing kn service and giving us direction/tips to enjoy our vacation the most.
