Raewyn and the team were very easy to deal with - highly recommended.

Got a great deal with these folks. The car ran well all over both islands. Pick and drop off were smooth and the staff very friendly. When we arrived, it was after hours but the ladies patiently waited and went above and beyond making our first moments in New Zealand superb. We will use them again.

Partner and I had a great experience renting from this company for three weeks! Really friendly and relaxed staff who made us feel very comfortable (unlike some other rental companies we have tried). Super affordable and cars drove very nicely. Would highly recommend!

Super friendly staff and great service ! Car pick up and drop off was super easy, didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get the courtesy bus. The car was clean and efficient. Highly recommend !

Rented a car for 2 weeks. Car was old but worked well enough so no complaints there. Excellent experience with Willie in Whangarei where we picked up the car. I dropped off the car in Auckland paying the one way service charge of $150 with a drop off time scheduled for 5 p.m. and an office close time of 5:30 p.m. When I arrived to drop off at 5:05 p.m. I was met by an unpleasant staffer who told me I couldn’t drop it off because I was late and I needed to pay an additional $30 to drop it off at the after hours location. It was disappointing. I would rent from this company again because their prices can’t be beat, but would like to see the company introduce some flexibility in their ability to accept drop offs 5 minutes past scheduled time. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is not necessary to use the $15 shuttle service offered by the rental car company. Walk a couple blocks to catch the bus that will drop you off at the AKL airport and it will cost you $3.50.

Great value rental car company. Car was in great condition and reliable, pick-up & drop-off service was fast and professional, price was very affordable. Will definitely use this company again.

Really kind people and always so accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great (and older) cars at a much better price! Pick up/drop off at the airport is really convenient too!

I cannot thank the crew at Auckland Airport Location enough for the way they made my experience so easy. Picked up quick from the airport, taken back to a waiting rental... Needed only a few minutes to get signed up and drive away... On return the girls did everything possible to get me away and back to the airport again. Excellent experience that you don't get often anymore anywhere. Thanks to Debbie Pate and her team!

Picked up at the airport and transferred to Rent a dent. Yes as expected it was an older car. Clean and no water leaks etc. As for the service the Office lady was extremely helpful re my trip etc. So all in all i can only give them a ten as anything lower would be unfair. Thanks Rent a dent. I'll be back, as the big man said.

I hired to small car for 4 week's. I had arranged to pick it up from downtown Auckland, but they actually offered and did delivere it to my hotel in the city. We Drove it 5000klm over both north and south islands, it never missed a beat. Handled great in the wet and A/C was fine in the heat. Was good on petrol and held its own on hiways keeping up to speed limits. A big thanks to the team, they even made it easy for me to add 2 extra day's rent and drop off at airport rather than downtown. All that with such a low Dailey rate. :-)
