So I returned it and he exchanged it and put a new fitting in for me - free of charge. I love his customer service skills and altogether an awesome company as well!!!

Didn't charge my anything and gave me a free anti freeze kit for my water blaster. Spent quite a bit of time giving me good tips on how to look after it. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
