R.Awesome rental company to deal with. We rented a 45m2 furniture truck to move some family to the Manawatu. On pickup the lovely lady at the counter explained everything clearly with us and made sure we were happy with the truck before finalising the paperwork. The same experience on return as the dropoff was quick and easy. Great price as the cost was less than half of the cheapest quotes i could get from moving companies. I highly recommend this company.
D.Hired a 3ton truck from here to move houses. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Truck was clean and in good running condition with tail lift which made getting things into the truck very easy. Would definately rent from them again!

B.All satisfactory and as expected however be aware that if you are not going to be able to return your truck by 5.00 the rules dictate that you then have until 7.30 the following morning to return it to the yard and pay another half day of fees. Why? I can't figure out why they need to charge this much but that's it.
Further, make sure you check your revised invoice because I picked up that they charged me 2 full days of insurances etc instead of 1.5 I got a refund.
D.Best customer service ever. It was pouring with rain and we were hiring a furniture trailer to move beds out of Auckland. Our tow ball didn't fit the coupling on the furniture trailer. North Harbour Rentals told us to get one from Repco and they fitted it for us immediately at no extra charge.
By this time we were running very late. Normal hire period is 24 hours 0730-0730 but we didn't leave their yard til 10am. I was very stressed about how we were going to get back in time given how far we had to travel.
They offered for us to get back "any time tomorrow", adding "get a coffee and be safe out there".
This is a business with a heart! Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff at North Harbour Rentals. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

L.These guys are easy to deal with and they normally have what your are looking for when it comes to vehicle rentals. I would suggest making a booking before the actual time when you require vehicle to make sure they have it on hand when you need it. They are also reasonably price but I don't really have anything to compare it too...
M.Always friendly service from this team. Only thing I would change is the 7am to 7am rental period. Sometimes this does not suit and if truck is in yard, why not allow different rental periods. Especially is it does not cause problems for next rental.
