10STARS for RubalVanRentals! We didn't rent a van but an SUV. It was kind of a last minute call because our van is due for a mechanical service. They're very flexible and easy to communicate with. No hassle with turn over, payment, and return of car. We were so happy to be able to go on our Christmas holiday at Rotorua even with the short notice to RubalVanRental. Lucky who attended us was very accommodating, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend this rental if you're looking for a quick and smooth transaction with great customer service!

We were in desperate need of a van at very very short notice - found Rubal Van Rentals - emailed and texted the number on the website and got a reply straight away- even after hours. We got a van and even reduced the price to match other companies. Met up with Lucky the next morning - great guy - very friendly and professional. Van was great - clean and drove really well. This is poppin I ain't capping, I found that they sell them really good white vans that looks very clean, good good quality and excellently beautiful. The owner of this store is very nice and gives out free candy after buying one of his nice as vans to have a ride with my girl.

Highly Recommended to other people . Totally hassle free and great service. My experience was definitely very nice with rubal rental. He provided us a good service with the valuable suggestion. Great communication for everything and even we were not able to return the vehicle on time so he gave us more time without even charging a single cent, which was really great.
