Had to up-grade to a bigger car that i picked up from Smart cars Auckland city as they had given away the Audi Q7 i had initially book. The staff in Smart cars Airport were more than helpful to let me drop car off there and up-grade aswell as change return date. Awesome customer service Smart cars, kia ora.

Amazing customer service experience by the Manager at Airport Branch. They are really amazing. They come to pick you up at Airport and shuttle you back when you are returning the car. I think no other companies do that. Excellent time management.

I hired a Mustang for a week and did a driving tour of the North Island for my 50th. The car was a new model with 10K on the clock, immaculate, amazing, all that I could have hoped for. Mani and staff were sensational - they were there waiting for me at Aukland airport and took me back at the end of the trip. Everything went smooth as clockwork, security deposit was promptly returned. I will be a return customer for sure!

I can definitely recommend Smart Car Rental. Probably the nicest rental-experience i've every had. Small company who cares about the customers. I'll be back next time i come to Auckland!
