S.Excellent, brand new cars 2018 Toyota Corolla, with GPS, Bluetooth, Road speed limits lights. Nice, tidy car.
Friendly customer service, once landed and ring them for pick up, they staff come very efficiently.
Would definitely use again, absolutely no need to pay at least twice as much with the other companies.

L.Yesaway Auckland. The car was great, the price was fantastic BUT the guys at Yesaway have to work on their communication skills and I'm not just talking about their English; their customer service needs work too. The guy on the phone was barely understandable when we called for a pick-up from the airport and the guy in the office took 15 minutes to sort the paperwork (which should've been straightforward) without saying a word. When we returned the car to the office it was completely empty but luckily we had a fairly short wait before someone turned up. I just didn't feel it was run very professionally.

A couple of things to expect:
The depot site is a fair distance from the airport but there is a free shuttle - make sure to allow plenty of time between dropping the car off and checking in, at least 30 min, or more to be safe.
The business was obviously set up to cater for the Chinese tourist market pre-pandemic and border closure so you'll find that the customer service and etiquette might not be up to Western standards, plus the car was all set up in Mandarin instead of English, but I wasn't bothered at all as the value for money is really good
D.Rented for four days, we were slightly apprehensive as the depot is off-site, and required a shuttle (provided by yes away) on arrival to auckland, and the price was almost too good to be true.
We were pleasantly surprised, $121 for 4 days, vehicle provided was a near immaculate 2018 corolla, we did 340kms and it cost $46 to fill the car back up for return, so very economic.
Be aware of the paperwork and high crash excess, but couldn't fault and will use yes away everytime we are in Auckland
J.Excellent value for money , clean tidy car with umbrellas and charging cable, easy pick up and drop off, very impressed.
Was a little confusing that comprehensive insurance is with another company

M.Highly recommend! Kevin, who ran the shuttle, was super prompt and really great to deal with. I had my 5 month old with me and they were so helpful with the carseat and luggage! Car was also very economical and clean. I'll book again!
