R.This was my first time using Budget rentals but I couldn't fault them. The car was ready on time and very clean with the exception of a few bug splatters. We were shown photos of the condition of the car and the only thing I could suggest to improve on is to take photos of the actual damage, scratches etc. The photos were of the whole car and it was wet so a lot couldn't be seen. Took photos at the airport and uploaded them at the time.
I booked online using a third party and I needed to add a baby seat which the third party told me would be sorted. Thought I would call Budget to make sure and was told they do not supply baby seats (rear facing) at that location. No fault of Budget but best double check if you need a baby seat added!
All in all a good experience.
S.Staff very helpful, had a little problem with one vehicle, got in touch with them,no answer by phone, had to drive to central chch office then back to chch Airport to change vehicle. All in all had a good holiday there after.
S.I would like to thank Cam (Duty Manager Chc Aiport Budget) for providing me with a great customer service.
At first I was very upset at the amount Budget took out of my bank account 3 weeks after I rented the vehicle. Long story short, Cam went out of his way to sort out the situation he listened, he gave his opinion and spoke with their accountant. He handled the situation with patience and was calm and professional.
I have received my refunds today - thank you.
At first I told myself I will not use Budget again. But after receiving this wonderful service from Cam I would use Budget again.
