A.Smooth and straightforward experience, both in terms of booking online and picking up the vehicle from the convenient Christchurch Airport location. Service was helpful and friendly and the after-hours drop off was easy. I found the price for an SUV competitive. Highly recommended.
The only issue is they took a $200 bond despite already having my credit card number and then informed that it would take up to a month to refund this after I had returned the vehicle. Bond has not been refunded at time of review.
b.we found a good price for a car over the busy Xmas period. Not only was the desk in the terminal - no waiting for shuttles - we were offered an upgrade for $10 a day to a much bigger SUV which really came in handy. Very pleased with ease of transaction and overall service
J.This guys are amazing. The customer service is superb and great value for money. Emily from Enterprise Rental in Christchurch airport helped me to change my booking and got me a really nice car to drive up to Hammer Springs. She also sent me a follow up email after the first day to check how was the car going. Just now I receive a call from them letting me know I forgot my phone holder and they were happy to post it to me for a small fee. I will definitely book a rental with them again. Well Done guys!
I.Had a few issues trying to pick up car due to my debit card not having my full name on it. However, the customer service rep at CHC Airport was really helpful and tried her best to resolve my issue whilst still complying with the rental contract. Appreciated the upgrade, the Outlander is a great drive for longer journeys. Cheers Enterprise!
G.Very helpful. Kept in contact and assisted through a trip that had to be cancelled then rebooked. Recommend booking direct to help with that communication. The car was fit for purpose at a very fair price and their systems made it easy. Can't see any advantage in choosing a company without presence in the airport.
N.Fantastic service from key pick up and I even go an upgrade. They also followed up the next day to see how I was enjoying the vehicle and were great when I advised I had noticed a couple of dings and taken photos.
Cannot fault Enterprise and we will be booking again with them soon.
They were also a 3rd of the price compared to the bigger companies. We chose to pay direct rather than use our airpoints with the larger companies because of the huge difference in cost.

From start to finish, this has been was our best rental car experience! Emily, the agent at the enterprise desk in Christchurch, was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Our car was spotless and had all the nice amenities - heated seats, NAV, etc. We got the car for a great price, too! Really the whole experience was five stars from beginning to end!

J.We were very happy with our rental car. Upgraded for free as they had no small cars left. Drop off could not have been easier! As soon as we parked, a lady appeared, ready to check vehicle and make the process very user friendly! I can highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable too.

S.Excellent service from Gemma at the Christchurch airport and follow up emails from Emily during our rental. I asked Emily a question about the car while we were away (regarding how it’s seats fold to accomodate our skis etc) and she responded immediately. Thanks for the upgrade Gemma, I hope we didn’t leave it to dusty from our trip up Mount Hutt! The Mitsubishi Outlander was a lovely 4x4 to drive on our 4 day ski trip.

A.Pickup at Christchurch airport was smooth and fairly quick. The service was cheerful and well-informed. The only downside was that I was initially offered a large SUV when I had asked for a Toyota Yaris. In the end I had to settle for a smaller SUV. Drop off no problem - key in the slot.
Finding the car in the rental car parking area was not straightforward as it is a bit of a maze and no clear distinction from the short term car parking area.

K.Really enjoyed travel in the car we rented from Enterprise. They upgraded us to a lovely svu. Very friendly and helpful staff . The price for 5 days $124 was excellent. We opted for no insurance cover which would have increased cost by an extra $270. Will definitely use them again.
D.I'm really impressed with the service at the Christchurch Enterprise branch! No only was the car very affordable at short notice but Gemma at the counter was really lovely, I got upgraded and the car was new, clean and tidy.
Drop off was quick and easy and there is an option to prepay for half or full tank of fuel at a lesser price.
I will definitely be booking with them again! They emailed a reminder that they price match too, give that a go !!!

L.Really easy! Handy option to have pre-pay fuel and return empty. Both on exiting and coming back there was a team member in the car park who checked over the car and confirmed all ok. Then took care of key return for us as well. Would recommend - good communication throughout and high level of service. Our car was near new and really nice to drive (Mitsubishi ASX).
