only issues is the bond that they take is too much ($1000), that needs to change as it is too much what if the people doesn't have a 1000 what going to happen. hopefully this will change.
y.The car we rented was well maintained and clean, and pictures of the external condition of the car were taken before I signed the paperwork. Customer Service was friendly, helpful and thorough - explained everything. Great prices, great cars and very good customer service all round (from front desk to shuttle driver). Would definitely recommend using this company, and will definitely use them the next time we need a rental car.
R.Top marks for EZU! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and provide a personalized service that simply doesn’t exist in the big name car rental companies. They were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and it only got better after that. The car was immaculate and obviously well maintained. Great value for money!!!
p.Quite different experience for me compared to other rental companies.
1. They have asked me to deposit $1000 (however, they refunded fully later).
2. I was not all allowed to make car dirty even tiny bit.
Overall experience is good. Good value for money.

T.Car was in a very good condition. Very good price. Rav4 for just$30 per day. No tricky, no cheating, pay exactly what we have been told. Since we didn't take their insurance, they authorised $500 on my credit car but the fund got back to my acct straight up after return the car.
R.My family, friends and I, planned a trip around the South Island for almost 3 months before departing over the December holidays. On the bucket list was to rent a people mover. We drove to heaps of rental companies to get quotes and found EZU car rentals close to Christchurch airport. Booked with Anthony for 9 days with a pick up time and delivery time at the office. The daily rental price was affordable and full insurance was additional to rental cost. We had to pay a bond on vehicle too. When we picked up the Toyota Alphard it was all ready to go with a full tank of fuel. As per one of there terms and conditions you need to return it with a full tank of fuel. We toured the South Island with no worries at all, the vehicle was a absolute pleasure for the whole trip. We will defenitely rent a Toyota Alphard from EZU rentals again.
m.Really friendly staff. Overall powerful car however had few safety issues. Windscreen wiper didn't work properly. Instead of clearing the view during rain, it create more haze. It was difficult to drive the car during rain then. The car was dented from various places.
