R.Great car and friendly staff, we had an issue on Christmas day and the manager on duty by the car pick up point (not the counter by the airport) went out of his way to help us, very surprised specially with car rental companies which usually just try to scam you. Recommend
T.Excellent experience picking up vehicle from cheerful staff member at 2:15 am on a cold wet night! Car in perfect condition. Minor issue with typo in invoice resolved with one email contact. Thoroughly recommend Hertz NZ based on South Island experience in 2018 and 2019. Rentals going smoothly matter more when with family!!!
a.Very helpful staff at both pick up and drop off the car was a camry hybrid which surprised me with the range on a tank 900+kms will definitely use them next time I rent a rental car

S.The mid size car Chevy Malibu equivalent we got is very nice and powerful. The fuel economy is excellent. Full tank can go 760 km. Wow and the car are fully loaded with luggages and 4 adults, that is a very impressive sedan.
R.No issues with picking up from here. Corolla was in good shape and smelled new. No issues returning either. Prices seemed fair.
