Dear Andrea, Alan and Carry, My father Jose and I had a wonderful tour around the South Island. The Honda Africa Twin worked perfectly (I oiled the chain every two days as Alan suggested) and the tour suggested by Carrie was very good. We only had rain one day in Fox Glacier but did not bother us too much since we were staying there as planned. The roads are in splendid condition and it was a joy riding the bike across the mountains and lakes. As I said to Andrea: I am proud of your company, its is reliable and friendly and be sure that I will come back to you in my next visit to NZ (probably to the North Island). Also, the people are friendly and helpful and the places clean and tidy. We had good food too! Looking forward to the next holiday in NZ. Best wishes, Belén

I just finished an amazing 12 days tour on one of Allen and Andrea's Africa Twins. A very helpful family run business. My bike was in A1 condition and the panniers and topbox were just right for touring the beautiful South Island. Before leaving, Allen gave me some great tips of scenic roads some locals didn't even know about. Thoroughly recommend hiring your tour bike with them based on my experience.

My experience with Andrea and her husband was fantastic. Very easy and quick to communicate with them, they provided rain gear to me free of charge as well as several recommendations for my trip around the island. They also provided a courtesy pickup and dropoff in Christchurch. Very painless experience with great people, could not recommend more. As for the bike, I rented the Yamaha Tracer 700 and was very happy with it. Bike was well maintained and I had no problems whatsoever. Good on gas and plenty of power to keep up on NZ roads.

From initial enquiry to return and drop back at accommodation a 5 star service. The whole team are great and very friendly. The bikes are all top notch, great condition and well maintained. They are very knowledgeable and helpful suggesting routes and stays on the route. If we ever return to NZ we're going straight back to rent another bike from this company.

Just finished 15 days and 5,200 km of riding on a BMW GS850 through parts of north and all of south New Zealand. Even run out of fuel once on "The forgotten world highway" - it is really forgotten :) Family run business with great serviced bikes (ours was brand new though). They do give you new tires when you rent for a longer duration which is great as well as the fact that you can drop off the bike one way. Airport pick up and drop off is also included, making it a lot smoother with intersting exchange of biker experiences. The ride and tent camping combination was a new experience to us but when you want to try it, New Zealand is the place to do it. We weren't sure but it turned out that we camped more than we stayed in hotels. Roads are nice and safe, not too challenging. Scenery is just amazing and keeps surprising you with new landscapes when you don't expect it. Big thank you to the whole family and and the mechanic in Auckland and hope to see you guys again!

If you are looking to rent a great set of wheels for exploring the South Island, Andrea and Allan will hook you up! Chill, friendly mom-and-pop business, really nice bikes. Highly recommended!

Rented a Yamaha Tracer 700 for 5 days and it was awesome. Probably the best week in Nz for me! Great bike, great roads, nice weather! Andrea and her husband were also really friendly and kind. And it was not a problem at all that gave back the bike a bit to late (what was my fault) I would rent the bike again!!

We just returned from a three weeks motorbike tour around the south island. The family business keeps their promise, rental and use was smooth, easy and comfortable. The motorbike was perfectly maintained, reliable and had all cases and bags. Check in and out was easy. I can recommend Kiwi Motorcycle rentals to all european who want have a local, friendly professional partner while on the road.
