D.Friendly staff. Clearly explained the operation of the truck, and how to avoid problems (such as flattening the battery because of repeated running the lift at the back with the engine off). Clearly explained the truck is diesel, and needs to be full on return.
Easy to drive truck. large side mirrors, reversing camera, great turning circle on the 21m3 truck - better than some cars I have driven.
I have rented from them before. Both times have worked out well.
I had to back the truck four times into difficult spots. All times, accomplished with ease. I would have hated to have done that backing with a trailer (and I am moderately good with trailer backing).
Yes, I much prefer hiring a truck over hiring a horse float that has been turned into a removal trailer.
I would go back again for the next move.
L.A great company to deal with. On booking all the necessary paperwork was done making the pick up very straightforward. Everything done electronically by email and scan so super simple and ease of record keeping. Both the booking staff and branch staff were very friendly and helpful.
