Had an awesome experience with Pegasus Rentals! They were by far the most affordable of any rental company I looked at, but lacked absolutely nothing in service for it. They were super friendly, efficient, and helpful in every way. One small caveat might be that the car wasn't spotlessly cleaned when I got it, but it was still sufficient. Highly recommend these guys!

It was our first time to use Pegasus and don’t have any regrets. Excellent service from booking, to pick up, and drop off. The car was clean, no issues and smooth to drive. Hired the car for 15 days for a cheap price compared to other car rentals nearby. Will definitely hire from them again.

Our car hire was for 4 days. Apart from not easily making initial phone contact with you, the driver who had just dropped off a person at the airport, kindly gave us the lift to your firm in Orchard Road. All plain sailing from that moment. At our hotel (Rendezvous) our car with ski racks could not fit in their "car stacker" . Next day, calling in at Pegasus, your staff removed the racks in a few minutes and parking was no longer at issue. Overall our experience with Pegasus was exemplary - full marks for friendly efficient service plus a very good vehicle for our needs.

Cannot fault any part of the rental process experienced. Prompt collection and delivery back to Airport by friendly drivers. Service at depot 1st class from very attentive staff. Well maintained and presented vehicle ready and waiting for collection. Thank you for all your help when others would not provide the service or even provide the regular contact which helpful Pegasus staff certainly did.

Booked an SUV for a week for a ski holiday. The vehicle was nice and tidy and of a later model. Pickup and drop off process was smooth. The price of the rental was also excellent. I highly recommend and will definitely book with them in the future.

This was me & my wife's first visit to South Island and our first time renting with Pegasus Rental Cars at Christchurch Airport. We visited New Zealand from Melbourne (Australia) in early July 2021 (extremely lucky to take the trip in-between consecutive lockdowns!). I initially made an online booking enquiry, and since then Aman has been helping us with all the questions and looking for best options. He is quite thorough and provides you with all the relevant information to make your journey easier & smoother. He wasn't working on the day we picked up our car (Sunday) but made sure all paperwork and the car was ready to go. He also checked in with me the following day.
