F.We had rented the vehicle in Queenstown, and had car trouble as we neared Greymouth. Apex was able to switch out the vehicle and Kiri went above and beyond. I had lost my watch in the parking lot, and happened to mention it to my partner while at the counter. Kiri found the watch later that day and called me right away. Even though it was not an expensive watch, she mailed it back to me (I live in the North Island). This is true customer service! Thank you, Keri!
S.Picked up our car with no issues. Staff at Greymouth wasn't sure about standard roadside assistance details, I suggest they refresh themselves with all details. Otherwise it was a good service that was provided.

S.Inexpensive older car. 100% reliable. Great for gravel roads. Who could notice another stone chip or two :)

K.There was a little confusion at the point of sale whereby I didn't realise I had to pay a $500-2,000 bond if I didn't have a credit card (I had a visa debit card) but once we actually had the car everything went swimmingly.
