D.Feb 8, 2020: The station (female) manager (Nikki ???) was super-helpful when we had to change our car because a warning light went on the car we had used from Christchurch to Greymouth. It took us less than an hour to get the very same model and to continue our travel. Paperwork was prepared by the station manager and everything went flawless and swiftly. Very impressive customer service!
