These guys were brilliant to work with, and incredibly helpful. We called up in the morning to see if they had something available, and they provided something that suited our needs perfectly. Reasonably priced in my experience, and incredibly helpful. Would use again in an instant.

Dealing with the call center operator was a very good experience. I found her to be informative, helpful and easy to talk too. She was prompt in making contact with us when the trailer we ordered online was not going to be available, and the option of a slightly smaller one was helpful. We found the trailer she offered us was more than big enough to fit our gear. Towing wise was very sturdy and well balanced even when empty. We will be using this service again, and highly recommend them.A+++

I needed to move a small house I drove past hire ace in Hamilton stopped in and left with small truck, the guy was really nice and helpful the truck was awesome and you can’t beat that price for a truck. I highly recommend this place. You Don’t need truck license.

Hireace didn’t have the size of truck we originally were after but they upgraded us to the next size for the same price. Pick up was easy and we were shown how to use the truck and return was easy too. Staff were friendly and informative.

A very good trailer, but I had to drive into bog to get it! My car got filthy. The area where they keep the trailers needs to be concreted.

Service was excellent. Guys opened on time, efficient with the paperwork. Trailer was in good condition, did the job and back to the yard. Guy helped unhook it for me. Good price too. Highly recommend them.

Easy to book, smooth onsite office transactions-even with the level 3 covid restrictions in place. Reliable clean Toyota Hiace van. And booking an extra days hire on the morning presented no issues and a quick response. Would use and highly recommend this company again.

Great hire experience. The team were efficient, friendly and responsive. They had excellent COVID-19 preparations in place. I hired a truck online and when I turned up realised that it was not big enough to carry my whiteware. The team quickly organised a bigger truck for me with minimal fuss. The truck was in excellent working order and easy to drive despite its large size. I'd use Hireace again and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I hired one of your small removal trucks last week and was really pleased with how easy it was to get it organised. The rates were the best I could find and the young lady at your branch in Frankton was fantastic, really helpful and the pick-up was fast and efficient. I had to have the truck for an extra hour to what was originally booked and she made that easy too. Great service all round. I will recommend your company.

We had a great experience hiring a medium size truck from Hamilton Hireace, we were shown the trucks so we select the right size for our move. All aspects of truck operations, were explained thoroughly. The yard is easily accessible and our car was safe stored over night in yard. We recommend Hamilton Hireace.

I hired a trailer from hireace. I booked online. It was easy to do. The process took less then 5mins. When I arrived to pick up. The trailer was ready. The lady at customer services was friendly, thorough and very helpful. The rates were reasonable (actually one of the cheapest I found online). If I had to gripe about something, it would be the location as kahikatea drive extension is very busy and difficult to turn onto. In saying this we had no issue on the day we used hireace 🤔. Would use hireace again. Recommended to others.

Look no further, I have used a lot of hire companies & found they were not competitive on price and don't have vans. I used Hireace in Hamilton - down to earth small business approach made the staff extremely friendly, supportive and helpful, regarding my needs were understanding, straight up and easy to talk to, AAA+++;)

I rented a trailer and the whole thing was painless. I think it is neat that you can hire anything for only two hours as that was all I needed it for. The trailer was great, the lady friendly and helpful and I was not even asked to pay a bond! If I need to hire a car, truck or trailer I will definitely be back!

Hired small truck on drivers licence. Used it and its furniture-lift to move a small household and found it ideal. Thought prices were reasonable and the service we received was excellent.
