T. W.The Hertz lady who booked me in was very helpful and upgraded our little car to a slightly bigger, little car. This was most appreciated as we were going through the Catlins and up mountains and the car, which was fairly new, handled beautifully. DO read the fine print. Insurance doubled my booking and there is a bond which I didn't know about... which reminds me I'd better check I got that back!
