A.The best experience I’ve ever had with a rental truck company. Dev was really helpful and made everything so easy. The trucks are in great condition and Doris was a star! Would recommend to anyone moving furniture, without hesitation.

But seriously, this company is extraordinary. Usually vehicle rental companies get hammered with vitriolic reviews by disgruntled customers who had nowhere else to vent their spleen. Not this outfit though. The fact that they name their trucks tells you about the care, dedication and passion they bring to their fleet and customer service.
In comparing offerings among their competitors NorWest stood out miles above the rest. The information, availability and pricing on the website make it so easy to find what you need. Top that off with superior customer service, a can do attitude, easy drop off and great communication and you've arrived at one of those rare gems in the business world - a company that truly gets it. I couldn't be happier about my rental experience and would be reluctant to use anyone else from here on in.

Among many of the challenges that come along with moving the contents of your house across cities that we were faced with, Dev managed to conform to them all. He was quick to respond and fit the hire into any schedule we kept throwing at him with a smile and a great attitude and we could not recommend Northwest Rentals any more than we already have to our friends and family.

The trucks, utes & trailers are in great condition with easy access to the yard which is conveniently located. Backed by the awesome team who were really helpful, friendly and had a great can do attitude.
With a customer exprience like this and competitive pricing, the bigger rental groups can definitely come and learn from them.

J.First time customer. I took the 16m3 tuck with Tail Lift to Taupo and back, about 730km's. Truck was well maintained, easy to drive and comfortable for a trip like this too. Booking, pick up and drop off was easy and staff (owner?) very helpful. Extras like a decent Hand Truck, Tie Downs and Blankets package for $18 was excellent too. I am very comfortable in recommending this company to you.

I've used Billie truck and Carrie trucks which have the tail lifts and they can move your house efficiently! Easily fit queen/king beds standing up on side.Didnt even use much diesel.

S.We rented a truck today and I have nothing but good things to say. The truck was immaculate and Beverley was very thorough and talking me through everything I needed to know. All the parts of the contract were thoroughly explained and I was on my way without fuss. Cameron was quick on the checkin at the end of the hire and didn't make me wait. S.This was a very successful day all round. Truck was in excellent nick and went very well. Tail lift was fantastic. It's a pain having to make appointments and meet on time, but worth it in the end...didn't cause too much grief.
M.We hired "Betty" back in Dec 2015 to move from Auckland to Tauranga. Betty won our hearts - easy to drive, comfy to ride in and operate, and the fuel cost was excellent. The team were great to deal with, Cam provided a quick and easy quote and booking, and the lady who met us for pickup/drop off (sorry I can't remember her name!!!) was so friendly and helpful! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend :-)
G.We have used KTR's (Alice) three times. Great friendly service each time. Alice is easy to drive, easy to load, larger than your average light trailer and a damn sight easier to back up /down a drive. With reversing camera mirror backing skills not required. Best of all Alice will keep your stuff dry while you travel, what happens at each end of your journey is up to you.
