It was a great experience renting out from Samuels. Becky and Bill were good to deal with and has provided us amazing service. The 12 seat van we hired was well maintained, clean and super tidy. Definitely worth the money we paid for. The entire group agreed it was a good decision to opt this Mercedes as the seating and driving comfort what you get in this sprinter is outstanding when you compare with other Toyota and Hyundai vans. Would highly recommend this to anyone

We rented a Mercedes-Benz 12 seat Sprinter from Samuels and the experience was quite simply, superb. The vehicle was needed for a day trip to Rotorua and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, features, and comfort. They clearly look after their vehicles very well. In addition, Becky and Jackie were wonderful to deal with: friendly, efficient, and helpful. We love day trip experiences and will only rent from another company in future if Samuels don't have what we need on the day. Very easy to give 5 big stars here. Thank you Samuels.

We hired a high roof 12 seater for my sons wedding and we had to cancel and rebook as covid struck and the wedding date had to be moved .There was no hesitation from Samuels Vehicle Hire in helping us with the date changes and went out of there way to help us .The prices were great and the vehicles are pristine .. I had never heard of this company before but highly recommend the Mercedes Sprint Vans they have for hire. We were told it was one of their older vehicles yet enjoyed a classy, spacious, comfortable two day hire of a 12 seater that had all the bells and whistles. We wanted a vehicle for a family of six adults with an average weight of 110kg, plus two extra larger adults and a one year old in a child's seat. We got more than we what we expected. The driver has full control of all the vehicles extras on the steering wheel; radio, phone, speedometer, cruise control, dashboard readings, plus easy access to the air con and other controls. Drivers seat moves forward and back, up and down, inclines and the steering wheel raises, lowers and extends. Passengers can stand fully erect inside the vehicle, the seats are very comfortable and there is a huge enclosed luggage compartment at the rear. Very easy egress to the vehicle with a extended footstep that automatically folds away when the door closes. I was able to leave my own vehicle at their premises under secure lock and key so no hassle with pick-up and drop-off. It was an expensive hire but definitely got more than what we paid for. I highly recommend this company for the quality of Mercedes Sprinter Van they hire.

It was wonderful experience with samuels vehicle Hire. I hired mini bus many times So i can say it is best company for hiring van. I really appreciate for over night reply by becky. If I talk about van it was new 2017 models Mercedes 17 seater. My all friends were happy as well for features of van and clean and tidy like brand new van. Also I would like to say thanks for pick up and drop facilities after hours. Overall best experience. I will definitely Hire next year, may be every year. Again thanks a lot for provide wonderful service and van.

This small company is ran by a team of friendly and honest people. Becky was very responsive and much easier to communicate with than other rental companies. Our Mercedes van was excellent, everyone has enjoyed it!

Rented the 12 seater from Samuels and the whole experience was great. Pickup and drop off right on time and great communication all along. The Van was very good and exceptionally well maintained. This is the first time I am using Samuels and I am very impressed with the whole experience. Definitely this would be my first choice in renting 8 seater or above in the future. Highly recommended.

Last December I rented a Mercedes Van for 8-9 persons for a couple of weeks just prior to Christmas. I booked 6 months ahead to ensure I got the vehicles I wanted. I had a very good experience and no hassle. The vehicle was dropped to my hotel, I picked it up in the parking lot. I dropped the vehicle in a hot seat change over at the passenger drop off at Auckland airport. Recommended!

A quick google search lead me here and so pleased I booked with them. Becky was fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful as was Will upon the return and all instructions were very clear. I picked up a 12 seater Mercedes minibus that was a pleasure to drive to the Coromandel and it was a real shame we had to return it as I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!! Would highly recommend them, especially if you have a group. Travel in style with reasonable rates and friendly staff. You can't go wrong.

Our team hired the Mercedes 12 seater from Christchurch to travel to Timaru for a weekend. The service from first enquiry to van drop off was wonderful. Met at the airport by the lovely Sarah (i hope I have the name right) and run through all we needed to know. We rented sprinkle in queenstown and it was great. The best car rental company who has got great luxury cars for rent. We’ve 4 kids and 5 adults who went skiing in queenstown. The new sprinkle is a perfect choice to get up the mountain. Easy to control, diesel car which means it’s cheap to run. Picking up in the airport so you don’t have to worry where to go for getting your rental car. Recommend if you have a large group of guests and need a large luggage space. It can fit 12 people and at least 10 large luggages without any issues.
