Was going to Uber to North Shore for a medical appointment. Booked a car in Napier yesterday instead, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Avis they upgraded us to a Land Cruiser, Nice. Did the sums based on the app on Uber vs Avis and it worked out to be as cost effective but more importantly it offered Greater flexibility for a few stops etc. Cheers

+ Friendly people + Clear info on the available options + No push to upgrade or buy anything extra - There is the option to drop the key when they're not open. Except the building they're in will also be closed at that time, so you can't actually drop the key.
