Friendly and quick service. Reliable car. When I returned the car, I hadn't found a petrol station near the airport, and he said not to worry, he'd do that for me and just charge my card. He also drove us to the entrance of the airport to assist my elderly mum who has difficulty walking. I very much appreciated the help.

Fabulous service - highly recommended. The cars are great and the staff are always friendly and efficient.

Such a lovely team to rent from. New visitors to the region & we were given so much useful information on where to go/places to visit etc. Youre an asset to your city & the car was perfect for us - well done :-)

We hired two cars for us and our daughter and her family from Napier airport. The staff were so helpful and courteous - customer service par excellence. The cars were just what we needed and the requested booster and baby seats were all fitted and ready for us to drive away. All in all a first class service. Do not look anywhere else for your rental car needs.

Fantastic service from the Napier crew - Angela & Barry ... from start to finish. A well organised, super friendly and helpful team. Car was in tip-top shape in every way - was spotless, reliable & comfortable. Upon our arrival, Angela had the paperwork under control and was so helpful in pointing out the many attractions that the Hawke’s Bay had to offer, while Barry ensured the vehicle was good to go! To top it all off Angela & Barry went out of their way to retrieve an ‘elusive wallet’ and send back to us in the most professional manner. Such a bonus to deal with a small, personalised team! Without a doubt ... these guys are an awesome, genuine crew and we wouldn’t think to look any further for car hire in Napier/Hawke’s Bay region. Thanks guys for going above & beyond. I've been hiring cars from RaD Napier for 10 years. I've found them friendly and easy to deal with, no surprises, and they're on site so you can have a conversation. They are a pleasure to do business with, a shining example of customer service which is why I keep returning again and again.

By far the best rental company we have worked with. We went on a Vacation a few months ago and got screwed over by another car rental company, but these guys came to the rescue. Excellent cars (they are the only ones with a Manual) Incredible value, and I mean incredible. A THIRD of the price of everyone else The Staff were FANTASTIC, very friendly and cheered us up. And when returning the car it was incredibly smooth. I look forward to the next time we head to the Hawkes Bay, so we can go through them again.

I can't reccomend Rad Car Hire in Napier enough! Andrea and her husband were not only super professional and super friendly but were also super sonically kind to pick me up and drop me off from the center of town to collect the car. The value for money and the stellar communication made the whole process of being in a place that you don't know, that much easier and that much more welcoming. This company and team is simply superb and I highly reccomend them. I look forward to going back to Napier, not only for the sun and scenery but to say a hello to a car from Rad Car Hire and the fantastically awesome team in Napier.

I have had the pleasure of renting vehicles on numerous ocassions recently and will continue to do so. Very welcoming local feel from this kiwi Company and rates that are very fair and affordable you'd be hard pressed to find better! I highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely wonderful and faultless. We were left in the lurch by another (quite rude and condescending) rental company, who did not actually have the car we booked, but did not inform us of this until we went to pick it up. The staff at Rent a Dent were understanding and sympathetic and went above and beyond to find us a car that was perfect under such short notice, and at half the price of the other company. And returning the car was an absolute breeze. We will definitely be going there again. To us, they are incomparable. 10/10.

Usually I'm too lazy to leave reviews but we are just so glad we went with Rad car hire in Napier! We came down for a wedding with our 3 month old and was happy this part of our trip was stress free. Peter was very helpful and kind. Our car was awesome and in great condition and the only signage was a very small sticker on the back. The carseat was in good condition and all ready to go. We had some friends who came down too and went with another hire company and they had the complete opposite experience. The staff were incredibly rude and condescending and organising a car seat was ridiculously hard. So pretty stoked how this turned out. Would highly recommend Rad in Napier!!

Thanks so much to the Rad team for helping make our time in the Hawkes Bay so enjoyable and easy to get around in our family wagon that seated 8 so our whole crew could travel together. The service was super friendly and the team provided great local knowledge. We will definitely be back to rad when we’re next in the bay.

The service from RaD Napier was too good to not leave a review. They were so much cheaper than their competitors, incredibly accommodating during a very busy weekend in Napier with really friendly service. We will definitely use them the next time we are in town!

The vehicles are great! We hired a Mazda demio which was immaculate and a fantastic price. We picked up and dropped off after hours, it was all so easy and hassle free. Location is across the road from the airport, so handy. Will def use RaD again, highly recommend.

Excellent service, delivery and super easy to deal with, vehicles are always in great condition and have been using them for 5+ years and never an issue. Would highly recommend , this is a well run family branch.

I found only 1 review on Rent a dent Napier, which was negative and almost put me off using this company. But the price was quite a bit cheaper than the others so I persevered. I'm glad that I did. Not only was the car made available after hours, but contact was prompt and directions were clearly spelled out. The car was clean, roomy and ran well. The perfect choice for us. When it looked like we might have to use a vehicle to drive to Auckland at the last minute Peter quickly offered a car that needed to be relocated and was willing to wait after hours until we knew for sure. You can't ask more than that! I rarely leave reviews (now 3) but I could not allow this business to be hindered by the only review that was sadly so negative.

Easy and affordable car hire and friendly service. Car was in good condition, pickup and return process was no problem. Easiest pickup out-of-hours I've ever experienced. Will definitely use them again next time.

Highly recommend. Our car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived and so much cheaper than the other car rentals. The car was spotless and everything was ready. I'm not sure of the chaps name behind the counter but he was so helpful. We have twin boys and he gave each a rent a dent teddy when we left too!

What can I say more but perfect! Online booking easy, I was given instructions on when and where to pick up the key and vehicle, great car to drive, petrol wise it was economical, great service. Thanks Rad. Definitely will hire again.

Wow. Loved my Honda 4 door. It had not one dent in it.I expected an old beaten up car, but loved it near on as much as my own BMW Z3! Was in excellent abd clean condition, cheap to run and GREAT service. RAD is mis leading....shoudl read RAC.....( RentA Car!) Thanks . Thanks.

Rent a dent and specifically Peter treated more than well once again. Third time renting here and will absolutely be back. Pleasure being back in NZ and getting treated so well. You won't go wrong renting from them.

Cars were very good modern and much cheaper than the other car hires that are working out of the airport. Quick walk down the road and you will save some $. Grest customer service.
