D.Amazing Service and the type of service that simply put you at ease about renting a car. I rent cars on a regular basis and Pegasus is now at the top of my list. Marcus and Sarah treat me like I'm one of the family and nothing is impossible. Cost wise compared to others I use - they are surprising good and it shows up the competition. I drove from New Plymouth airport all around the Naki and ended extending my trip to Wellington. Easy Five Stars - Thanks guys
M.Very easy to make the booking on line and when we arrived to pick up the car all of the paper work was ready for signing. They did not even check my licence as details had been given on line.
The car was the first time it had been out on hire since its arrival from Japan and was in excellent condition.
No problems with it at all during the 10 day hire and it was returned on time, leaving the keys in the box at the desk.
Very professional company and would certainly not hesitate to use them again.
B.Excellent service. Car was a better and newer model than expected, great way to get out and see taranaki for a couple of days, highly recommend. Was $50 cheaper per day than nearest rival for similar car ( including insurance )
M.I am really happy to recommend New Plymouth branch of Pegasus rental Cars. I use them whenever I am in New Plymouth to visit and they are always friendly and helpful. I have had no problem with any of the cars, as I am on a limited budget I use the lower cost cars but they are of good standard. The price means it is affordable for me to rent for my whole stay.
