R.Hired a car from RaD (Wayne and Robin) earlier in the year. The car that we got was not a recent or the latest model but it was clean and was a really nice drive, it got us to Cape Reinga, Hokianga, Paihia no problem.
The day we returned the car we were told that our flight had been cancelled due to the weather and then AK had gone back into lockdown L3, the owners very accommodating in letting us use the car for another night so that we could get to our accomodation sorted for the night and organise our trip back home to AK.
Highly recommend them if you are up North and needing to hire a car.
