D.As a family of 3 it was our first time using a motorhome/campervan... We absolutely loved it! Needless to say we are hooked! The van was spotless and in full working order. We had a 6 berth option for the 3 of us which gave us extra seating/ eating options. The two front seats are especially comfortable and spacious which made the driving enjoyable. Staff were awesome! An amazing experience overall, thank you Pacific Horizons we will be back!
A.I can’t recommend this agent for rental a motorhome enough! All information what you need, it’s at your disposition online or calling them. With my partner rented Gem-4 for 2 and was more than we expected at all. Full equipped, everything you need, it’s inside. Super easy to drive, no worries, after some km you will feel more confident driving. New Zealand is totally motorhome friendly. Also, they have very good prices!

They are accommodating, respond quickly and accurately and VERY reasonable in regards to arranging the finer details of a hire (late return, early pick up, things like that...).

E.We hired a 2+1 van for two weeks. We picked it up in Auckland and traveled Northland and the Far North and then dropped it off in Wellington (depot in Plimmerton actually). It was the BEST! Very modern and easy to drive vans. Very clean and tidy and well thought out. The satellite tv was a huge bonus as we were able to watch the America's Cup. Service from Maryann was professional, fast, accommodating & friendly. We loved it so much, we already want to hire another bigger camper van from them again. This is a family owned local business. Highly recommend to anyone considering a road trip!!
A.Fantastic first time experience of renting a 2-berth motorhome to tour the country for 10 days. The team at Pacific Horizon made everything simple and clear. They even provided us with free transport from central Wellington to their depot in Plimmerton to make the pickup process smooth and easy. Thank you for a great holiday experience! A.Awesome kiwi company, so great to deal with, lovely staff and really well presented and thought-out motorhomes. We had a SAM 6 berth - what sealed the deal for us was the great layout - the passengers seats are right behind the front seats,which is a must if you have kids! Also loved the convenience of being able to leave the pull-down bed at the back made up and pushed up out of the way during the day, allowing us to leave the dining area seat up. The big windows at the back are also a huge plus, making it feel spacious inside and allowing you to take in the views - a lot of companies dont have that. Looking forward to our next trip with Pacific Horizon.

S.We hired a six berth, and even convinced our cousins to hire one too. We travelled after lockdown last year in June. Communication and questions were answered promptly. Our vehicle was clean and walk through was good as we were first timers. We absolutely loved it and will definitely hire from Pacific again

O.We chose Pacific Horizon because it allowed us to pick up in Auckland and drop off in Wellington. We were picked from our Hotel by our new camper and taken back to their location in order to do the paperwork and be briefed on the features of the vehicle. Had no issues at all with the vehicle and clocked up 2000km cruising the North Island. We dropped into Wellington and were transported to our Hotel. All staff we dealt with were great and very professional. We will be using again when we return to do the South Island.
