L.Can't say enough about the fantastic service from Franco and his team. Decent vehicle suited our needs in size and value. Will definitely use again! Had chains just in case we needed them. The Shuttle driver shot hubbies cellphone back to us at the airport after he left it in the car so we didn't miss our place in checking lines. Thanks so much team.
M.Not a straightforward rental with Queenstown wide shortage of cars and a minor issue with discovering snow chains missing from the vehicle after I'd left Queenstown. Staff helpfully and cheerfully found me the best car they had for my needs and sorted the chains issue quickly and simply. Great value and staff who step up to sort issues if they happen.
M.I had an amazing experience renting through Pegasus. They were so helpful and accomodating, and the booking rates were cheap. I'd especially like to thank Franco, he went above and beyond to make my time renting the car as smooth as possible. If I ever had any issues, he went above and beyond to help me out.
I had to call him to change the end booking date for my rental car 3 times (because I was waiting for my other car to arrive, which kept getting delayed) and he always figured out a way to make it work and made the process of adjusting my booking stress-free.
I'd highly recommend Pegasus for anyone looking for a rental car i Queenstown! Thanks guys

Pleased with the company's services overall. Despite being overbooked (Mistake of their Website) they organized a vehicle which was good for my use. Vehicle was unclean when received, but manageable considering the peak Easter holiday break.

D.My partner and I have just returned from 3 weeks in New Zealand. For the last 2 weeks we planned to tour and hired a car from Pegasus between 12th March - 24th March 2016. We we extremely pleased with both the car and the service we got from Pegasus. I found the staff at both Queenstown Airport (pick up) and Auckland Airport (drop off) very helpful indeed. The car was a Nissan Tida and was perfect for our needs. We did around 2000 miles of trouble free touring and the car took all of the mountain roads in its stride. The hire cost was awesome and I could book online thru their website which was easy to navigate ,would whole heatedly recommend Pegasus to anyone who needs clean reliable transport. Many thanks.

Our only disappointment is that we lost out SD card - so I can't share all of my best photos, but I did find something online that represents the area
