Just fantastic! We hired our wedding car (Silver Mustang) from Touchdown and they went above and beyond with the service. Ken got in touch with us a few days before to organise an early car drop off as he didn’t want us worrying about it on the wedding day. He was really flexible and just a lovely, down to earth guy who was really easy to work with. The car was pristine and the price was excellent! Would highly recommend as a car rental company!

I really enjoyed the rental experience with Touchdown Car Rentals! I travel frequently for work in the US and am used to Avis / Budget / etc. This is so much better! The cars are in amazing condition, the pickup / dropoff locations are very convenient without being confusing, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I rented the BMW 1 Series M trim and had a ball driving it from Queenstown to Christchurch! Bit of a challenge as an American to drive a manual (backwards) on the left side of the road, but take your time, look both ways at all intersections, and just enjoy the ride!

We booked a Mini and an Outlander for couple of days.. Super clean and in mint condition.. The guys there are very helpful and flexible.. Their soft top Mustangs are the show stoppers.. None of the regular rentals have these cars at these prices..

These guys are great! We just hired a mustang for a day and Ken was great. Couldn't of asked for better customer service. The car was immaculate and communication great. Nothing was to much trouble - even minimising communication so that i could keep it secret from my husband. My only problem is - how fast can we save our money to buy a mustang. If you have never driven one my husband could tell you there is nothing better. I got used to the good life pretty quickly. Highly recommend these guys.

Situated close to the airport, I was greeted by their very friendly staff members (Ken & Nick) who took great care in providing the right vehicle for the holiday we had in mind. I order mustang. Its really nice. The service is good. Ken is the person that give me the car. He is nice guy. But, next time, please, i suggest you to provide 5000cc mustang.. not only the standart version.. i will rent it.
