Good Services, Nice car and Fantastic price. Pick up and Drop off was easy. The paperwork is quick. The car is clean and tidy. The tires, brake pads, and windshields are all in good conditions. I will come back and recommend yes rentals to all my friends.

The service attitude is very good. I placed the order from discover car. The shuttle bus is fast and arrives in 10 mins after my call. When I picked up the car, their staff explained the advantages and disadvantages of my insurance from Discover car. This is a service that I have never met in other companies which is very helpful. After that, I decided to cancel my insurance in discover car and purchase the zero-risk insurance package of Yes Rentals. Their zero-risk insurance package is really comprehensive and cheap than others. I ordered Toyota Aqua, a very good car, which is very fuel-efficient. And it is also very new, clean, and the price is very cheap. I will place an order from the official website of Yes Rentals next time and directly purchase zero risks insurance on their website. I will recommend Yes Rentals to my friend. See you next time!

Please clean the inside of the wind screen too otherwise all really good. Little Toyota aqua sips fuel very sparingly. Fun little machine.

Vehicles do the job. They are older so make sure everything seems right. Our first vehicle didn’t have very cold AC. They are located offsite so travelling with young children can be challenging. If your flight is after hours there is a possibility of their team member not being there on time as it was with us.

Good, clean, well maintained vehicle at a reasonable price. The lady who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport was lovely and very helpful. Appreciate how she understood the hurry we were in as our flight changed to an earlier time. We will definitely be using this company again.

Prompt pick up from the airport, easy to deal with when collecting the car. Only downside was the car wasn't pulled out for us, so had to struggle to left a big bag into the trunk while it was parked against a fence.

Hired a car from your company and wanted to say what a wonderful experience i had. I was served by a boy called Harrison and usually i hate renting cars because it can end up being timely. Highly recommended. Good value, good Have used Yes car rentals three times this year in both Christchurch and Queenstown. Can highly recommend them. It's a no nonsense, no frills company with excellent prices and service. I've hired their Toyota Aqua cars which are very fuel efficient. Their cars aren't brand spanking new but they go well and I find driving a car that has a few kms far less stressful than one of those near new cars from the top tier companies.

Car was good. Shuttle service good, but check the hours if you have a later flight. Super slow process to collect car, despite booking and paying online. Only one guy to deal with everyone, and he was hard to understand. Next time I'll pay more for a rental company that operates from the airport. Impossible to find their phone number online, and the Queenstown number diverted to Auckland, where they gave me a cellphone number to contact Queenstown office. Bit unprofessional.

Excellent customer service! As we made a mistake in our booking, the staff worked things out immediately and all went super smooth. The car was also in excellent condition and the staff was, except for very eager to help us, very friendly and smiley. I would definitely recommend yes rentals.

Our family recently used Yes Rentals - Queenstown. The pick up arrangement is so easy, just call from the collection area outside the Terminal. The service was prompt, especially on the return. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything ran smoothly. We had no issues with the car for the duration of the hire period. We will use this company again. They were very efficient.

I just rent their car a week ago, nice drive and good service also.one thing I have noticed , all the new tourist here.when u booking yes rental by agency, the agency default you purchase their insurance also, it’s not rental company insurance and the claim process is more complex by my experience.you don’t need to pay insurance when you booking. hope it helpful. Very efficient operation. Picked us up from the airport in good time, as promised. Quick paperwork. We were offered an alternate insurance option to the one we booked and this was cheaper and easier. Also was done promptly - no fuss. I like the energy of this team and would certainly use them again.

You cannot beat Yes Rentals for value for money. The location is very close to the airport, although you do need to get the shuttle, which comes very regularly. All the staff are friendly, the vehicles are almost brand new and of high quality. Will definitely use them again.

Super smooth rental at a very good price. Pickup at the QT airport took around 5', getting the car another 10', return was even faster. Car was good (free upgrade), clean and seemed well maintained, and no attempts to up-sell insurance etc. Deposit returned within three working days. Happily book again here.

We needed a 4 wheel drive car for more than a week. We discovered YES Rentals in Frankton and booked a Toyota Highlander directly from them on-line. It was at a very competitive rental rate, the best in Queenstown when we went during school holidays. On arrival I called them and they immediately came to the airport and picked us up and took us to their depot close by. The car was ready for us so we only needed to complete the handover before driving away. We had opted for full insurance with no excess but still needed to add windscreen and tyre cover which we opted for at $6 per day. We drove off soon after and the car performed perfectly. When I dropped the car off they just checked the fuel, put me in another sparkling clean car and returned me to the airport. This company was no fuss to deal with and I have already recommended them to other friends who like me will use them in future.

Reasonable price, but they proved to be pretty inflexible. Expensive to add extra driver for part of the rental period. Covid changed our travel plans and they offered no partial refund for returning car early. Managed to get flight out of Chch, relocation fee was exorbitant, so had to go to another company to get car relocation for third the price Yes were offering.
