M.Nice people in there, very friendly. Jovial, offered us cup of tea/coffee and provided a fantastic alternative as the vehicle we initially wanted was not available.
Flexible with dropoff times and made it clear if our plans change, just contact them to adjust the hire period.

T.Excellent service from Matt at RAD in Rotorua. We were in managed isolation and booked a car through RAD so we could drive back home to Wellington. The car was dropped off at the hotel for us the night before we departed isolation, which made it very easy to pack our things and go the next morning. Unfortunately, the car we got had a tyre issue, which I noticed as soon as I started driving it. I called Matt (6:30am) and he was there in 15 minutes to replace the vehicle. We are still using the car in Wellington for a month and it's been perfect while we settle back in to NZ life. We recommend RAD in Rotorua wholeheartedly. They were also the only company that would drop off a car for us at the managed isolation hotel.

D.I had a great experience renting through RaD. The staff were accommodating with changing pick up/drop off times last minute due to my bus being delayed, and then gave me great tips on what to see around Rotorua. Pick up and drop of was fast and straight forward, and whilst the vehicle has a few bumps/scratches, it was excellent value for money! This was my 2nd time renting through RaD and I'll definitely be back.

M.Got a Mitsubishi Colt for rent. Great car, very smooth driving and all clean. Rates are competitive, good value! The owner offered to take us back to the city after giving the car back, which is nice.
It was not too easy to find the drop off place behind the building (a sign wouldn't be bad there) but we managed.
Overall the owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended some places to see and gave us directions. I recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a car in Rotorua.

We were running late to the bus station but all the staff rushing to help us to get to the bus on time. Surprisingly i forgot my phone in the car that sent us to the bus stop and it’s time to depart, but the staff was driving to hand me back the phone in just 3 minutes. What a miracle! Thanks so much to all the staff!! Amazing services!!!

U.The staff is very friendly, the service great (pickup and dropoff service from and to accommodation) and uncomplicated. The price is a little high, but in Rotorua the cheapest I found. Insurances, 150km free and 24 hours for 66$. But worth the money, cause there is so much to see around Rotorua! I can recommend this place!

J.Service was excellent and the price was right. Vehicle was a bit older. I used it for a seven hour driving trip and wished that I had requested a newer vehicle. My preferred choice for runabouts, though.
B.The service was great, they also helped us out a lot with the insurance and we got replacement of our car after 1 day (with the other car we had an accident).
Cars are very cheap to rent also for people under 21.
The car we got was not bad either and they are very friendly and helpful.
p.Truck was a good size bit tired but great for the price. Travelled ok. Must bring own blankets, padding though.
