S.It was a public holiday and our car had broken down and we’d managed to get this into a friendly local mechanic to be fixed. Based in Stratford Motor camp we were only in Taranaki for a week and we wanted to go places. I decided to try and book a rental, thinking we’d need to bus to new Plymouth airport to pick one up. I rang RaD car hire and they said they have a branch in Stratford. Toni answered our call and 30 mins later picked us up from the motor camp and took us to her office to sign the paperwork. Yaye we had wheels, and what was looking like a bleak holiday, turned out to be a great week zipping about. We ended up needing the car for an extra day too and it was no hassle, and when we dropped it off, she dropped us back into town. Awesome service and can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely book again, much better service than one of the big guys, and really great cars and rates too.
