Our car broke down while travelling. We were very desperate to get to Napier. The team at Avis were very accommodating and looked after us and our needs. They were really understanding of our situation and made the process very seamless. Awesome team

Stranded in Taupo after a cheap car rental failed on us in Taupo. Airport closed due to weather. Nil other cars available to rent in Taupo. Brent from Avis was very kind to come and collect us, family of 4, and our ski gear from Taupo airport at 7pm with his personal car and assist us renting an Avis car all the way to Auckland. Understandable one way fees and other costs, just want to appreciate the humanity in some people...thanks Brent
