Prices weren't bad the receptionist was fabulous, I wasn't sure how long I'd need the car for as I was getting my vehicle fixed and she talked me through the best options for me . The afternoon I was picking up my car I was delayed and this company closes at 5pm I was not going to make that deadline so I rang budget cars and luckily a gentle was still there I advised him that I was running late he stayed back until 5.30pm for me not many companies would do that . Staff are very friendly and helpful thank you Budget for all your help and time highly recommend this company 👍

Kindest staff ever! Had a great experience and couldn't feel safer in our car. A short walk from the city but definitely needed to car to enjoy the neighboring roads of Taupo. Thanks budget !

Really friendly staff. Made to feel welcome. They turned around the car I wanted super quick as it had only just come in. Nice modern well looked after vehicle. I will be coming back to these guys again as I know the top notch service I'll get.
