Q.Driving through Taupo on Friday in our personal car, we had a bad breakdown and were referred to Pegasus. They actually came and picked us up from where our broken down car was, then proceeded to book us a rental car after hours, that included providing a prompt cleaning and washing of our preferred rental vehicle. Great, flexible, very locally knowledgeable staff saved us from having a bad experience and turned it into a wonderful one. We are very thankful out of towners. By far the best, smoothest, car rental service I've ever experienced. Please stay in business, hope to use your service next time. Thank you!

Comparing to the other rental companies, the Pegasus service is exceptional. When we asked him to call a taxi, he kindly gave us a ride to our destination in the town by his own car. P.Mark provided easy and efficient service. The man was totally honest and upfront. He dropped me at the bus station. The car ran well had no probs with it. All in all the experience was great.
F.After our car broke down we could pick a rental thrue the AA. It was allmost closing time but within about ten minutes they managed all. Day before Christmass we could return after hours and they kept open for it. When we left the car in a hurry glasses were left behind and they shipped it for free. That's what I call five star service!
